Why did I start this site? Basically I wanted to keep track of the NFL rookies and NBA rookies who will be making an impact on the leagues this year. I love collecting jerseys and it is always interesting to me to see which rookies make an impact on jersey sales and team related merchandise. Some rookies can be great players but they lack charisma so the fans never connect with them and buy their jerseys.

I live in the Pacific Northwest and am a dedicated Seattle sports fan. My favorite teams are (and have been since I can remember) the Seahawks, the Mariners, and the Sonics. I have season tickets to the Seahawks and drive 5 hours each way to the games. I love nearly every sport there is. Most of my free time is spent watching sports on TV or playing them in some way.
